A busy afternoon in my clinic, the phone rang as I was having my last sip of green tea I have Sarah downstairs to see you she is in a bad way, she is having a panic attack. A typical day at work, probably the most satisfying profession in the world, giving people their freedom back. Sarah doesn't know it yet but at anytime she is just moments away from getting rid of this terror permanently. Like Sarah there are millions of people with anxiety and panic attacks. Almost every case I have ever worked with has had the following characteristics: (i) It was triggered by a combination of difficult and trying events. (ii) The person was afraid that there was something physically wrong with them.
Sarah doesn't know it yet but she is just hours away from freeing herself from panic attacks permanently. Just like Sarah there are millions suffering from the stresses of anxiety and panic attacks. If you look at almost every case I have ever worked with there are two common things: (a) It was set off by a series of stressful events and worry. (b) The person was afraid that there was something seriously wrong with them. This of course made it worse and sent them into their present negative behavior. Sarahs evenings where now filled spending hours on the Internet sourcing the answer. Sarah had tried every potion and pill out there and numerous Internet products promising her a solution, CBT, Psychotherapy, counseling, hypnosis had all left her disheartened and feeling there was no way out. Having spent a couple of hours together, Sarah walked away with a twinkle in her eye and a sigh of relief. I followed up Sarah several months later; she was back at work and preparing to move in with her boyfriend. A few months ago, if you would have asked her if she thought this was possible, she would have said it sounds too good to be true. Physical symptoms: Physical symptoms: Heart palpitations Chest discomfort Shortness of Breath Spells of dizziness Choking and closed throat Hot and cold flushes Feelings of unreality and disorientation Panic attacks Light headiness. Psychological symptoms: The fear of panicking Not being in control The fear of dying Fear of embarrassing yourself in front of others Fear of going insane Fear of losing control Most suffers feel alone and helpless not knowing where or who to turn to? The doctors understanding isnt accurate, their friends and family dont understand. Although there are millions of people here worldwide experiencing the same things, it can seem like theres no one to turn to. Why suffer any more? Stop giving up control of your life to anxiety. Stop living in fear. You can eliminate your worry, anxiety, depression and panic attacks completely. Begin to gain control of your life and your health without drugs, achieve your lifes dreams without anxiety holding you back, and overcome these physical symptoms. Some of the techniques I have used on the so-called incurable you are about to learn. You see these techniques where first discovered by Dr. John Grinder and Richard Bandler. Grinder and Bandler were both at the University of California in Santa Cruz in the early 1970s. Working together, the pair developed NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) - the most powerful change technology known to mankind. And the techniques where further enhanced and made famous to the world by Paul McKenna a world authority on hypnosis and is regularly watched on television by more than 200 million people in 42 countries has helped people become more confident, end panic attacks, lose weight, cure phobias, quit smoking and many other amazing ways. Nobel Prizewinner, Professor Gerald Edelman has spent thirty years proving how the brain functions to create change. He concludes that the ten billion or more brain and nerve cells we have organize themselves into groups in order to form "maps" that respond to our experience. A panic attack is a good example of how the brain works. A particular situation (heights, crowded places, and so on) produce a particularly response like (sweaty palms, fast breathing, panic, etc). The brain learns quickly and every time afterwards the person is presented with the same stimulus, their body has that same response. The incredible thing is, people with panic attacks never forget to have that response. What this means in simple terms is that our brain is nothing short of the most advanced and sophisticated computer in the world. Like computers, which operate through programs such as word processing or spreadsheets and emailing, we have internal programs running in our brain in a similar fashion. In our case, once we learn something like driving a car for instance it is stored as a set of programs in our brain and the next time we need to go through a similar process it fires off. For instance when you are driving a car now you are not so conscious about the whole processes of driving, as you were when you first started learning it has become second nature to you now. Even the small things we take for granted such as brushing our teeth, getting dressed, speaking, walking and just about every activity we don't have to think about consciously, are a set of programs running in our subconscious mind. Our brains are designed with programs running in the background. Think about the difficulty our lives would be in if every time we approached a door we had to stop and work out how to open it. Can you see how everyone's lives would be impossible if for a small task like opening a door we had to think about the process every time? Just imagine the confusion we would experience in the other areas of our life, if we didn't have these programs running in the background! But, here's the problem just as we have programs running that benefit us in some way like driving a car for instance, we have programs running in the background that are not so good for us, like those that cause anxiety, phobias, fears, just about every limiting condition that exists can be traced back to a self limiting set of programs. NLP has discovered, how programs are formed in our brains and secondly how using simple proven techniques we are able to replace the bad programs with more productive programs. Now what the real experts have discovered is that if you are suffering from panic attacks, in order to get better, you will need to replace the old set of programs with new more beneficial set of programs. In my Harley Street clinic, I have been successfully, helping people overcome every challenge imaginable from simple phobias chronic cases of anxiety and panic attacks, all of which Ive helped using these breakthrough methods. If you feel you have unbearable fears I recommend NLPs fast phobia cure, this combination with TFT and Hypnosis works for 96% of cases. In my London clinic I have been successfully doing this for years, helping people overcome simple phobias all the way to chronic cases panic attacks, all of which Ive helped using these powerful methods and techniques. For more engrained fears I recommend NLPs fast phobia cure, this coupled with TFT and Hypnosis will allow you to break panic attacks even if youve been trapped for years. To begin to get some relief follow the steps I have outlined below: 1) Make a solid decision that you will get over this fear, stop restricting yourself and make progress with small increments no matter how uncomfortable initially. 2) Stop making negative images in your mind, and stop talking negatively to yourself, words have a profound effect on the way you feel, someone can say they hate you and someone can say they love you, each effect how you feel Immediately. 3) Replace fearful images with pleasant scenes in your mind, imagine your life going well. If you can create panic by focusing on the worst possible thing then you can reverse the process as well, this feels awkward at first, but will set you on the road to recovery. 4) Watch a comedy and during the points of laughter imagine a happy life and feeling calm in the situations that use to trigger you (endorphins produced during laughter collapse fear) this helps rewire the response in the brain and the reaction to fear. 5) Breath in through the mouth inflate the belly out through the moth and pull the belly button towards the spine (this suppresses the stress hormone in the brain). 6) If the fear is unbearable find an expert in this area. A recommended practitioner of Hypnosis, NLP and TFT combined (A real expert may help you sometimes inside of only an hour).
