I am writing this article to help you understand some of the different aspects of having a healthy nose. In many cases I suggest using a good nasal saline spray or solution as a key to having a healthy nose. At the same time as you are working on having a healthy nose you will also be creating the environment to have a healthy sinus. It is obvious that the nose is part of the body though we often act like it isn't. We're very much aware that it's there when it doesn't work.

There are a lot of different issues that affect the health of the nose. I think that a very important issue is the general nutrition of the body. Many people don't think about this, but the nutrition you throw at your body affects every single cell in your body. So we can say that it affects every single cell in your nose. If the cells in your nose aren't working well, your nose won't work well. Even if you are using a good nasal saline spray, it won't work nearly as well if your cells have bad nutrition.

So the cells in the nose are very much affected by the nutrition in the body. While this is obvious if you think about it, the trouble is that most of us don't think about it. Very often people with chronic nasal problems or chronic sinus problems just don't pay attention to how they are eating. They are often eating "garbage". If you eat garbage you are much more likely to have chronic nasal and sinus problems.

There are a lot of nutrients that can be supplemented in addition to taking the time to eat better. By saying the word "supplement" I imply that the nutrient ought to be in the diet to start with. Unfortunately for many people who do supplement their diet with vitamins and other nutrients, there is often not much of these good nutrients present in the diet to start with. This is a recipe for failure. So even if you are using a good nasal saline solution on your nose every day you are undermining

There are over 50 key nutrients that are useful and helpful to supplement and all of them directly or indirectly play a roll in the immune function of the body. If any one of them are low, there is a bad effect on the body's immune function. We are beginning to understand this more and so we have a lot of information on a few nutrients and a lot of research available to support the supplementation of a few nutrients. But it is likely that all of the nutrients that are crucial to health can be useful to the body when supplemented.

I would like to summarize now: many things affect the health of the nose. It's easy to focus on the more direct things like a nasal saline solution, but probably nothing is as important as nutrition. So if you get your nutrition right, your nose will be much more healthy.
